# Private Listings

**Private Listings** let you create trade offers that are **only visible to people you choose** — shared through a unique invite link. These trades don’t show up on the public marketplace.

This is perfect for **OTC deals**, large transactions, or when you want to trade discreetly with specific people.

***

### How It Works

1. Create a listing as usual (select token, amount, price, etc.)
2. Choose the **“Private”** option
3. A unique link is generated
4. Share it directly with your counterparty (DM, email, etc.)

Only users with that link can view or interact with the trade.

***

### Key Features

#### Invite-Only Access

No one else can see or front-run the listing. It stays completely off the public order book.

#### One-to-One or Group Trading

You can send the link to one person, or a group — useful for DAOs, OTC desks, or whale deals.

#### Full Trade Functionality

Just like public trades, private listings still use the same escrow, chat, and dispute protection systems.

***

### Why It’s Useful

* Discreetly move large amounts of tokens
* Avoid public attention or market reaction
* Make private offers for rare assets or NFT bundles
* Control exactly who can interact with your trade

### Use Case Example

You want to sell 50 ETH OTC without alerting bots or triggering price movement.

Instead of listing it publicly, you:

1. Create a **Private Listing**
2. Send the link directly to the buyer via Telegram
3. They open the listing, accept the offer, and trade securely through Vizor

No public listing. No frontrunning. No noise.
